Its been 3 months and I still haven't received my refund. I was originally told by the front desk that I would receive the refund about a month after I was discharged. I was discharged in April and had heard nothing by May. I called several times asking for the status where I was told "the front desk was out for lunch and would call me back" which they never did, and on another occasion, I was transferred to the billing department voicemail where I left a message and again never received a call back. After this my phone calls were no longer answered and sent to voicemail no matter what time during office hours I called. I eventually received emails from the billing department who took weeks to give me an estimate on the timeline for the refund. I was told over 3 weeks ago it was sent out by mail and I could expect it in 7-12 business days. It has now been 20 business days and I haven't received anything.
I really enjoyed my time with my physical therapist and the aids, but this experience has sullied my time at your clinic. I am a low-income patient on food stamps and your office being so difficult to reach and seemingly avoidant over a significant sum I am owed is very disrespectful. If the refund is going to take up to 3 months, like it is now for me, you need to communicate this to patients early on. This greatly conflicts with what I was repeatedly told by the front desk. I hope to receive my refund, but I hope you communicate better with patients in the future, as this left me feeling taken advantage of by a healthcare service I thought was there to help me.

Very disorganized billing department. I had a billing issue, reached out to resolve it and was told everything was settled in February, only for a bill to arrive at my house 2 months later with the incorrect amount. When I reached out to them about my concerns, I was told I would hear back in a week and I am still waiting for a response.

My dad recently got a knee replacement and we had to look for an OT therapy for his knee recovery. After inquiring with a few Physical Therapy places, we went ahead and chose Orthosport. From the first day to now a few weeks in he’s been able to walk a lot better, the staff is so friendly and helpful and I am so grateful for them helping my Dad walk better! I was also afraid the language barrier between the physical therapists and my dad was going to be a struggle but most of them spoke Spanish or very little as my dad also spoke a bit English as well, which got both parties to understand each other. I am grateful for the Orthosport Team for my dad’s care!! I hope whenever he’s ready for his other knee to get replaced that he’ll now know where to go! Thank you to Brooke, Enrique, Sahba and rest of the team you guys are amazing!!

I’ve had the best experience at Orthosport. I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Brooke and Enrique and both of them/their assistants have been wonderful. Enrique and the team at Orthosport were excellent. Helped me strengthen and rehab after partial ACL tear and no surgery, with the plan to get back on the soccer pitch. After 4 months PT I feel stable and strong in the knee. Treated me with my goals and high fitness level in mind, with a custom approach that I really appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone!
